7.3. Identify and reply to a problem
Familiarise yourself with fragments of authentic discussions* posted on the Module’s Discussion Forum.
Identify a problem and prepare an adequate reaction to each of the posts (click on “reply”).
Make sure that this is an actual reply from a moderator (whom you are impersonating) to a specific problem you have identified. When you publish your reply you will get access to the reactions of other course participants. You can write down the most accurate ones that may be useful for future discussions you will moderate.
*Discussions were extracted from previous course editions of “Introduction to E-learning” by the Centre for E-learning at AGH. We kept the original texts, except for information that would allow authors to be identified.
